I lost 2.1 pounds this week!!! It's exciting to see those numbers go down vs. up. I had my first "Wow, I can tell I am loosing weight" moment on Tuesday night at Zumba. I was sitting on the floor waiting for the instructor to arrive and caught myself looking in the mirror and noticed that my face was slimmer. I still have a bit of a double chin but its going away. Also noticed that I have more shape and form to my body vs. a big blob of squishyness. I have hips vs. thips! My waist seems more defined too. I still have cankles but there is more muscle in those calves!Maybe it's all in my head but I can see a difference and hopefully soon others will see a difference too. It's always nice when people comment on how they can tell you are loosing weight. It's more motivation to keep going! I am also in desperate need of some new work pants as the ones I have now are too big. Such a great feeling. I may need to cave and buy some new clothes before my 10 lb goal though... it's that serious.
I found this video awhile back and thought it was so cute. Her name is Jessica... how ironic. She's inspiring to me. A reminder that I TOO am great, wonderful and can do anything good. Hope she brings a smile to your face too. Happy Friday!
