Loss/Gain: -1.3
Total lost: 10
Pounds to lose until goal: 20
Activity: Walks. Lots and lots of walks
Water Intake: At least 32 oz a day!
Healthy Habits: Walking during lunch
Emotional Weight Loss: Daily Devos & Journaling

I lost. That's all that matters. I had a good week. Lots of laughter, smiles, and aha moments which I will blog about in another post shortly. I'm in a really good place right now. I'm happy. It feels good.
