I accomplished my first 5lb loss mark which means I will be treating myself to a pedicure this weekend! It feels good to have the first 5 lbs gone. Perhaps it's all in my head but I am seeing a difference in my body too. Clothes are a tad looser, things that use to jiggle are less jiggly, and I feel physically stronger. I actually look forward to getting on that treadmill every night. Something I never thought I would ever feel... looking FORWARD to working out. Crazy. I hope I can stay focused. The scale and I still are not friends, but we are becoming more friendly.

P.S. enjoy that pedicure...I'd love one, but it's not in the budget...gonna have to settle for painting my own toesies!
