More Love

I usually celebrate Birthday's for at least a week. This Birthday is following suit. I came to work yesterday and had the following bouquet on my desk. Are they not the most gorgeous flowers you have ever seen?! They are from a co-workers Garden. Distractingly beautiful.

I spent the rest of my day trying to catch up on emails (198 of them!) and visiting with friends as they dropped by my desk to see how my Birthday weekend was. My Boss even asked me to lunch which was incredibly nice of him given how busy he is. It was 80 and sunny yesterday so we lunched outside. Neither of us wanted to go back to work afterwards.

Nothing like a Birthday to remind you just how special and loved you are. Don't you wish you could bottle all the warm fuzzy feelings up and take them out on days when you are feeling less than fantastic?! For now I am going to continue to dwell in the sunshine that the past week has been for me. I'm feeling very hopeful of what is to come. It's a wonderful feeling.
