Thankful Thursday's

1. I'm thankful to see the sun today. It's been gray and dreary lately. It's nice to see the blue sky, white clouds and bright rays shine down again.

2. I'm thankful (and also really surprised ) at how well I've stuck with my 90 day challenge. It's Day 13 and I can finally say I'm used to my new routine. No more excuses, I just do it. Feels good.

3. I'm thankful for supportive friends, family, and my work family who have encouraged me to keep with my Challenge. Temptation is EVERYWHERE.  I can literally trick or treat 365 days at work, or at my Mom's, or anywhere really. I can proudly admit I haven't had a piece of candy in nearly 2 weeks. WILL POWER!

4. I'm thankful Minnesota voted "No" on Tuesday. Gives me hope that there are still legit, good hearted people out there who choose love over hate.

5. I'm thankful I had the opportunity to spend the day shopping with my Mom, Aunt, and Grandma last weekend. Though we have had many shopping days together in the past, my sweet Grandma is 84 years old and is slowing down, a lot. Being able to get her out and about is becoming more rare so I cherish the times when she does feel up to it.

6. I'm thankful that in 80 days I will be leaving for Hawaii!!! I couldn't think of a more perfect way to shorten my winter.

7. I'm thankful that my paycheck is always direct deposited a day earlier than everybody else. A much welcome "Glitch" in the system that benefits me every other Thursday. Today is payday.

8. I'm thankful for "Aha" moments. Been having more of those lately.

9. I'm thankful that I have a warm and safe place to sleep every night. It truly is a luxury I don't take for granted.

10. I'm thankful that I have a lot to be thankful for.
